Within GKL Group we have the facilities to undertake all types of infrastructure works for industrial, commercial and residential schemes.

Typical works include highway improvements, drainage connections and infrastructure, roads, concrete yards and hard-standings, hard and soft landscaping, sub structure and groundwork's, internal floor slabs and super structure construction.

GKL have experience of working under both section 38 and 278 agreements with local authorities and have employees qualified in accordance with the New Roads and Streetworks Act and Anglian water approved confined space entry.

Groundwork’s & Infrastructure

GKL Group have undertaken the role of main contractor of all the primary civil engineering and infrastructure for the Hampton development to the south of Peterborough which is the redevelopment of a 2500 acre brownfield site. Our quality of work and value for money has seen us retained within this role for the last 8 years and this continued work ethic should see us continue within this capacity until completion circa 2015.

We have a comprehensive in house fleet of large scale earthmoving equipment which has been used extensively throughout the reprofiling and remediation of the above brownfield site along with many others.
