Primary civil engineering infrastructure

We are experienced and confident in our capabilities to undertake all types of infrastructure construction to various types of projects.

As well as being engaged with ad-hoc infrastructure projects, we have been employed in the role as

principal contractor for all the primary civil engineering and infrastructure for the Hampton development to the south of Peterborough which is the redevelopment of a 2500 acre brown field site making it the largest private development of its kind in Western Europe.

Our quality of work and value for money has seen us retained within this role for the last 8 years and thiscontinued work ethic should see us continue within this capacity until completion circa 2015.

Our core area of works and expertise include the installation of all primary foul and storm water drainagesystems, including the supply, construction and commissioning of Anglian Water adopted foul waterpumping stations.

Together with in depth experience of the installation and co-ordination of all incoming utility services and the construction of all primary carriageways, footways and cycleways to local authority and highways standards we are well versed to cater for all of your required infrastructure requirements.

Within these areas we have worked under both sections 38 and 278 agreements with local authorities and have experienced employees qualified in accordance with the New Roads and Street works Act and Anglian water approved confined space entry.
