Scope of Works

GKL were engaged on the above project due to their experience in working on complex civil engineering projects in difficult and restrictive site conditions.

The project involves the demolition of an existing luxury residential property, the installation of a contiguous piled wall, bulk excavation for basement and underground car parks, off site disposal of material and construction of reinforced concrete structures.

To facilitate the construction of the underground basement approximately 20,000 m3 of material was required to be excavated and removed off site with the basement covering close to 1 acre making it one of the largest private schemes in Europe.
