AQUA DRIVE

GKL was appointed to deliver the new traffic signal-controlled S278 junction off the A15 London Road which provided the gateway into the new Hampton Waters development.

To facilitate the construction of the new junction the Stanground Lode watercourse required to be diverted through a new precast concrete box culvert constructed off-site.

Upon completion of the new junction the Aqua Drive estate road and infrastructure were constructed under a S38 agreement enabling the sale and development of multiple residential developments by both national and regional housebuilders.
