Following on from the Central Court project, GKL Building & Civil Engineering were retained by the developer to deliver another office to residential conversion of 31 one and two bedroom apartments.

Undertaking the construction of Cathedral View, GKL Developments delivered 31 apartments, as well as a stunning penthouse on the top floor, that were all well received and sold ahead of expectations. The central location ensured buyers were close to local amenities including cafes, restaurants, the Queensgate Shopping Centre, parking, and Peterborough Train Station. The apartments also overlooked the stunning Peterborough Cathedral.
