The project at Rookery Pit highlighted our capabilities as a major earthworks contractor.

Taking on the role as design and build contractor, we restored a former brickworks pit to deliver a new development platform area of over 50 acres for future sale.

Along with new engineered earth embankments to the North, East and South of the pit over 650,000m3 of material was moved and placed with 3km of new drainage installed.

All works were delivered with our own plant and equipment highlighting our capabilities to take on projects of any size and scale.
