VARITY PARK
Commercial Units
On the site of the former car park to our other Varity Park development, GKL Group designed and built 11 light industrial units between 595 sq ft and 670 sq ft.
Each unit is a steel portal frame construction, with insulated cladding and glazing giving the units a sleek and modern finish.
The external yard was created via block paved construction and tarmac, with a 278 Junction onto the existing Vicarage Farm Road.
The project took 9 months to complete, and after completion we moved the GKL offices into one of the units.
