GKL designed and built Varity Park on a former car park of Varity House. The development created 11 modern units for small and growing businesses, providing approximately 6,905 sq ft of workspace in total.
Each unit provides flexible open workspace with its own entrance, toilet and electrically operated loading door. The first five units also include separate office accommodation, while modern insulation, glazing and LED lighting create bright, practical spaces suited to a range of businesses.
Outside, GKL constructed the service yards, parking spaces, drainage and landscaping. A new entrance from Vicarage Farm Road provides safe and convenient access to the development.
The project was delivered in approximately nine months, from late 2020 to summer 2021. Following completion, GKL moved its own offices into one of the units.
