Our Expert Areas

Our civil engineering department predominantly covers three distinct areas:

• Enabling works: including small scale demolition, site preparation and large scale earthworks.
• Infrastructure: including S278 and S38 highway works, estate road construction, reinforced concrete structures, foul and storm water drainage and the creation of public open spaces.
• Groundworks: residential and commercial schemes.

Our schemes range in value from £20,000 to £5,000,000. In our eyes the size of the project is not important, but instead the relationship we build with the client.

Partnership

We are happy to work in any form of contractual relationship from traditional contracts to design and build schemes, however we believe that we offer the best value to our clients when we work in a true partnership agreement.

Design to Completion

If possible, we welcome involvement at an early stage in the project, and we are happy to provide a full design and build scheme, collaborating with the client to understand the requirements and challenges involved, taking the lead on design as well as obtaining planning permission and following the project all the way through to completion.
