Over 25 years of Building Experience

Since 1999 GKL has been a building contractor in and around the Peterborough area. Our first project was for the design and build of a warehouse in Suffolk which served as a storage and distribution center for a national haulier. Since the start we have combined our collective expertise for building and civil engineering in many of our porjects. We have worked on everything you can imagine from the construction of a golf driving range at Nene Park, to commercial units and bespoke private houses.

We have been the principal contractor for a number of residential developments and by 2021 we are proud to say we have constructed more than 250 residential apartments in and around Peterborough as well as two luxury houses North of the city.

Brownfield Preparation

We also have extensive experience with bulk earthworks and earthmoving, such as our project in Rookery Pit. This makes us a trusted partner in the preparation of brownfield sites. Our team can develop creative solutions to complex challenges, which speed up the process and save money for both us and you!
